We met with John because of our friends recommendation. We chose to have them install our pool because of the confidence he inspired.
Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed and up to date with what was coming next and what was required by us. From plumbing to electrical to concrete ~ everyone he sent to our home was friendly, professional, effecient and they all cleaned up after themselves.
This is now our 3rd summer with our pool McDonalds is quick to respond to any of our concerns. We have them open and close for us each year because, well first of all it's pretty inexpensive but mostly because we know it is being done right. We can't thank the McDonald team enough and we would recommend them without reservation!
